The policy below is our “Privacy Policy” which describes how ‘Agrozone Service Private Limited’, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Lotus House, 5th Floor, 33 A, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400020 (“the Company”) deals with your information when you visit the website [https://www.agrozone.in/] (“Site”), its mobile applications including ‘AZ Partner App’ & ‘AZ Shipper App’ or similar applications provided on other electronic devices (“App”). By accessing, using, visiting or registering with the Site and/or App through any online interface including through hyperlinks, tools, software and data feeds (the “Platform”), the services provided on, from, or through the Platform (“Services”), you are accepting and consenting to collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing of your personal information (including sensitive personal information) with third parties or service providers for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you object to any the content of this Privacy Policy including the nature of information collected/ used/ disclosed by us as per the above-mentioned conditions, then we request you to not click on the “I Agree” button at the bottom of this page OR in the pop-up window, to not access or visit the Platform, to not register yourself and to not use the Services.

We at the Company are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you share with us. A.Collection of your data

We may ask you whether we may access the contact list/ phone book on your device. When this permission is sought, you have the control wherein you can select the contacts which you want to be added in the App. The newly added contact will be linked to your account and displayed on the web portal as well. You may choose not to give us access to your contact list in which case the Application will still function properly but this functionality would not be available to you.

We have assumed that you have allowed to us to access your internet network. If this permission is not given then you will not be able to sign in to the Platform.

A user can access our website anonymously (as a guest user) but in that case, all functionalities of the Services shall not be available to him.

B.Purpose of collection/ usage of your data

The personal data and information provided by the user and collected by us is kept strictly confidential and is used by us for the below mentioned purpose:

1. to take and complete orders, deliver products and services, process payments and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers;

1. Your personal data is kept confidential and secured with us and not disclosed to any third party. However, we may:

   1. share your data with vendors or manufacturers of the products/services ordered by you;

   2. share your data with third party service providers whose services we engage for various purposes associated with fulfilling your orders and for providing you a better experience for example for delivering packages, processing payments received from users, sending communications, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk and providing customer service. We will take such steps as we consider reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the Policy.

3. We assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control and you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused as a direct result of our gross negligence or willful default.
